1. Which regions can you ship to?

   All Lelekuai products can be shipped to the continental United States (excluding Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR)).

2. How much is the shipping fee, and how long will delivery take?

   Due to the special nature of the products, we currently only offer ground shipping service.

   The western United States includes: Arizona, Colorado, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Texas.

   The eastern United States includes: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

3. When will my order be processed?

   ① For orders placed Monday–Friday, your items will be shipped within 24 hours.

   ② For orders placed on weekends, your items will be shipped on the next business day.

   If there are any special circumstances or requests, please let us know (you can also leave a note in your shopping cart).

4. Order Cancellation

   (1) You may request to cancel an order if we are unable to complete and ship it within 7 business days.

   (2) You may also cancel your order if your goods have not yet been shipped.

   (3) Once the goods have been shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. You may receive the goods and then return them; we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Package Tracking

   After your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your package. Once order processing is complete and the package leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to your email address.
