Due to the nature of the item, ground shipping will be the only option. For more details click here.

Our e-bikes and e-scooters come with a 12-month warranty. For quality issues, we will provide replacement parts.
What is your return policy?
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Within 30 days of purchase, you can return an undamaged/unused iSinwheel product for a full refund, no reason required. We will cover the return shipping costs.

How long does it takes my order to ship?
Our average order fulfillment time is 1 business day, with a 2-5 business days shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order.
How do I track my order?

Can our products be used in the rain?
That depends on the vehicle's IP protection rating. An IP rating of 5 or higher indicates waterproofing—these vehicles can be ridden in the rain (the second digit of the IP rating indicates the level of water resistance).
Can I bring our Lelekuai products on the plane?
Our products are not allowed on airplanes.
Does the product meet any certifications or safety standards?
Our products are UL certified before leaving the factory, so please use them with confidence.
